GRAPH DATA STRUCTURE FOR MULTIMODAL ROUTING
Abstract
Multimodal routing in transport system is becoming popular in current urban society. Unlike the conventional routing, determining an optimum solution in multi-modal is complex as the user preferences varies. This paper describes the graph data structure generated from multiple transport layers, which will allow multi-modal routing using traditional routing algorithm with some modification. At the first approach, we offered multimodal routing with single user preference. In second one, we considered multiple user preferences using heuristics. Simulation result on sample multiple transportation layer shows that proposed technique can generate multimodal routing using public transports.
